With Every Outlet.
We work with a select group of media partners to extend the reach of the AI in Defence Summit. Partnerships are available to publications, newsletters, and broadcast outlets with audiences in European defence, security, technology, or policy.

Embargo Policy
All pre-event briefing materials, speaker previews, and programme documents shared with accredited press are embargoed until 09:00 CET on 1 March 2027, unless otherwise specified in writing. Breach of embargo will result in accreditation withdrawal and exclusion from future editions.
Chatham House Rule
Certain working sessions operate under Chatham House Rule. Accredited press may attend but may not attribute remarks to named individuals or organisations without explicit written consent. The communications team will brief accredited journalists on applicable sessions before the day.
